Dear Friends,
We have had the privilege of serving many of you these past few weeks, and the number one request we've been receiving is to keep serving you our delicious burgers for as long as we can.
After discussions with our helpful and friendly landlords, we are very pleased to announce that we will be extending our operations to end on 31 October 2021! This will give everyone one more precious week to head down and treat yourself to your last fat & juicy Omakase Burger before we're gone.

It is hard to imagine that after 9 years of serving you our delicious smashburgers, we are counting down are last days together.
Thank you not just for letting us serve you, but for sharing your lives with us. Over the years, you have chosen our restaurants for your proposals, weddings, baby showers, long-lost reunions, surprise births and tearful farewells.
It is these threads of our common humanity that make restaurants not just a place to eat, but a home for our hearts and spirits. We are proud of our time spent serving you, and hope to create a few last wonderful memories together in these final days together.

Ever since our announcement last Friday, so many friends of Omakase Burger, old and new, have come to enjoy our burgers. For our regular faces, you know what makes our burgers great. But for our new guests, do you know what goes into making an Omakase Burger?
BUN
Potato buns that complement the beefy taste of Omakase Burger’s beef patties whilst providing a slight springiness to each bite, resulting in the perfect mouthfeel.
CHEESE
Imported American cheese that melts evenly into the crevices of the beef patty.
BEEF
100% USDA Choice Grade beef made from a secret blend of 4 premium cuts that was researched and designed to maximise taste, flavour and juiciness.
SAUCE
Secret Omakase sauce blended daily with 13 ingredients delivering a sweet, tangy sauce with a hint of spiciness.

Dear Friends & Fellow Burger Lovers,
After 9 years of great memories and millions of burgers sold, we are announcing with great sadness that the last of our American smashburgers will be rolling off our griddles on Monday, 25 October 2021. The good news is that this is not ‘goodbye’ but simply ‘see you later’.
Omakase Burger will be going into hibernation, meditation and a bit of self-improvement. We will emerge from hibernation stronger, wiser and tastier. (And hopefully surrounded by a little less Covid-19!)
To those who have loved our burgers and shared your happy moments with us, we thank you for the privilege of serving you. We started this journey with the simple intentions of lighting you up with great burgers and we are delighted that we did. We promise to be back soon and hopefully have the honour of serving you again.
While we are gone, please do continue to support the heroes and heroines of our local F&B establishments. Great food is the thread which binds us together on our little island and the passionate and hospitable people that serve us this incredible food deserve our support. It has never been harder to run an F&B business than it is today and whatever your favourite place is, do your best to show them how much you love them. You’ll really make their day. Promise.
We are proud of having been able to cook for you and making our mark on the Singapore food scene. We look forward to feeding you another big, fat, juicy Omakase Burger some time very soon. Take care of yourselves and look out for each other till then.
