For a single extraordinary evening, Art di Daniele Sperindio and Alba White Truffle World Auction come together to host the annual Alba White Truffle Benefit Dinner in Singapore.

This year marks the sixth consecutive participation of the acclaimed one Michelin-starred Art di Daniele Sperindio, proudly representing Singapore at this prestigious event. Guests can also look forward to a silent auction featuring the season's finest truffle specimens, handpicked by Alba's esteemed experts.

The mission of our beneficiary partner, SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), is to foster youth engagement in animal welfare, emphasising the importance of compassion and humane education while providing essential services that protect and improve the lives of animals in Singapore. 100% of the proceeds from the silent auction and 30% of the dinner sales will be donated to their cause.

Art di Daniele Sperindio presents the annual Alba White Truffle Benefit Dinner and Charity Auction! This year marks the sixth consecutive year one Michelin-starred Art di Daniele Sperindio will be representing Singapore in this highly-anticipated event.

For one night only on Sunday, 10 November 2024, the event brings together the best of Italian gastronomy, exquisite fine wines, and the spirit of charity from all around the globe.

Chef-owner Daniele Sperindio and Art di DS team will present an innovative degustation menu celebrating this culinary gem. Indulge in five courses curated to celebrate the elusive Alba White Truffle with exceptional fine wines from Piedmont.

During the evening, guests in attendance can look forward to participating in a silent auction for prestigious truffle specimens of the season carefully selected by experts. The truffles will be auctioned alongside magnums of top Italian wines.

100% of the proceeds from the silent auction and 30% of the dinner sales will be donated to our beneficiary partner SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
