Received the following review.
Surprised by the one star review for failing to fulfill the pre order. However, we did not receive any orders from the said person nor did we cancel any orders for the past months. The last time an order was cancelled was in February when our grandmother passed away in Melaka. But we immediately(530am) inform customers n the customers acknowledged. The refund was also made immediately.
As a business that relies on pre-order, we take all orders seriously. We make sure that orders are received by customers on time insyaallah. There are surely glitches but we ensure that our customers receive their order.
For Mr Saifudin Abu Bakar, do contact us at 94221874. We want to ensure that no one is using our good name to cheat customers. Insyaallah everything can be resolved.
