Tadi ada nampak post bila rebus kerang isi jadi tak cntik dan boleh ambil isi tengah je kan.
Kat sini min nak share cara rebus kerang yang betul dan dapat isi cantik camni. Boleh buat cermin isi dia😂
1. Didihkan air terlebih dahulu
2. Lepas tu msukkan garam dan kerang. Dalam 3 minit jangan sampai kulit terbuka
3. Tutup api kemudian buang air panas tadi.
4. Masukkan air+ais (to stop the cooking process utk kerang)
5. Then buka la satu-satu cantik la kejadiannya🤗😍
