- Driving/parking: Drive along Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Changi Airport. Take exit 9 to merge onto Bartley Rd towards Upper Paya Lebar Road/Kaki Bukit Ave 1. Turn left onto Kaki Bukit Ave 1 then turn right onto Ubi Ave 2. There are various parking options available along Ubi Avenue.
