To get to the location at Kim Keat Avenue in Toa Payoh, one can take the North-East Line MRT and alight at Potong Pasir station. From there, you can take exit A and walk towards the bus stop where you can board bus number 13. Alight at Blk 54 bus stop which is just a few steps away from the destination.
