Good morning my friends. Since The Oven was closed, I have gone back to teaching music. I miss running that one man show operation where I cook, serve, sing, drink. CLOSING DOWN - LAST DAY 14 FEB 2019

Dear Friends of The Oven Café Bistro, I will be CLOSING the café mid of this month. My last day of operation will be on Valentine’s Day 14 Feb 2019 - 2359 hours. This is when the last chicken will be baked in the oven.

Through the past five years it was my Customers who created my page, edited and beautify the page, helped me to clear dishes when I’m short handed, take orders for me and even do the washing. It’s my Customers who taught me how to cook, gave me ideas on the menu, helped me entertain new customers, publicize the cafe, encourage me when I’m down and so much more. On top of all this that I’ve received, it is You who kept me afloat.

Now I’ve come to the end of my learning journey. I sincerely thank all of You for all the blessings I have received throughout the years. I’ll miss the jamming sessions, the magic, the drinking, the fellowship, cooking.............

I will continue to live my life humbly with pride.
