Australia Design Western Cuisine is a food stall that has been a prominent player in the food and beverage industry for the past eight years, led by the expertise of Mr. Lim Teck Huat, who serves as the Director. Mr. Lim brings decades of experience to his culinary venture, having specialized in western cuisine since 1972. He began his journey at the young age of 14 as a trainee at ‘Number One BBQ’ western food stall, where he quickly distinguished himself and became Head Chef within three years due to his exceptional cooking skills. Later on, Mr. Lim established his own business, operating two Halal Certified outlets under the name ‘Banquet’ located at Bagus Food Court in Harbourfront Centre and ITE College in Choa Chu Kang.
