We’re always happy to make things right when there’s a genuine issue with an order.
But here’s a little reminder: if you’re claiming a product is “undercooked” and requesting a refund, please return the product untouched and in its original condition so we can properly inspect and assess the issue. Not finish half the tub, decide you want a refund, then return the leftovers expecting a full refund.
And just a little side note: if you’ve had our Gula Melaka Bahulu before, you’ll know that its texture is naturally different from our other flavours. It is not meant to be crispy, as our Gula Melaka recipe does not contain white sugar.
We’re a small family business trying our best, please don’t take advantage of that kindness. We respect our customers, and we’ll always be fair, but fairness goes both ways. 🤎

Meet the one that needs zero introduction: Nutella Bahulu
Our classic fluffy bahulu meets that rich, chocolatey hazelnut goodness… because apparently we looked at traditional bahulu and decided to make it a little more ✨dangerous✨
Soft. Fluffy. Chocolatey.
Basically, traditional bahulu but in its main character era. And yes… that little Nutella centre? She understood the assignment. 🫠🤎
