Welcoming back Chulop! Diaries where we take you behind the scenes of our day-to-day at the churro joint.
It’s not just about the sweet endings… but the dramatic ones too 👀
In this first episode, a little reminder that all our churros are freshly made every single morning. From doing everything manually back then, to now having specialised machines that help us keep up with demand we’ve come a long way.
Decided to clock in a shift myself to see if the muscle memory for making the dough is still there… turns out, not too bad 🤣
Also took the chance to treat some tourists along Haji Lane to free churros because why not?

You can take the MRT on the Downtown Line and alight at Tampines East Station, then transfer to bus number 2 or 9 and alight at the Bedok Food Centre stop. From there, walk towards Upper Changi Road and you will find the restaurant.
If you prefer driving, you can take either the PIE or ECP expressway and exit at Bedok North Road. Turn onto New Upper Changi Road and continue until you see East Village on your left. There is parking available at the mall.
Overall, it is relatively easy to reach this restaurant by either public transport or driving with accessible parking nearby.
