To celebrate 20 years of Brotzeit, we are introducing a special 20th anniversary seasonal menu from 23 June to 26 August 2026! Honouring our roots while pushing boundaries, this limited-time West meets East menu reimagines traditional German comfort food.
Discover the Hummer Laksa Spätzle ($42), which transforms classic German egg noodles with a velvety lobster broth and a beautifully grilled whole lobster tail. For a hearty meat dish, try the Rindergulasch “Rendang” ($35), giving classic Goulash a fresh twist by combining its slow-cooked richness with the bold, aromatic flavours of beef rendang.
