To get to Raffles Boulevard in Singapore, you can take the MRT and alight at the Promenade station. From there, take Exit A and walk towards Millenia Walk. Turn right and continue walking until you reach Raffles Boulevard. If you are driving, you can park at Marina Square or Suntec City Mall and walk over to Raffles Boulevard. There are also public car parks along Raffles Boulevard but they may be more expensive.
