To get to the food stall and food stand located at Level 2 Yishun Central in Singapore, you can take public transportation by using the North-South Line MRT to get off at Yishun Station. From there, take the exit towards Yishun Avenue 2 and walk towards Yishun Bus Interchange. Look for the escalator in front of POSB Bank and go up to Level 2. You will see several food stalls and stands once you reach the top.

Alternatively, if you are driving, you can park your vehicle at Northpoint City or Junction Nine Shopping Mall car park and then follow the same directions mentioned above to reach Level 2 Yishun Central.
