UPDATE: We were in talks with a potential buyer but unfortunately couldn't agree on the final terms. Therefore, Ugly Cake Shop is still on hold until we find another serious buyer of our brand. A big thank you nonetheless to those who have been waiting for us. ❤️

Thank you so much for all the love and memories you've given us over the past 10 years. We couldn't have lasted so long without all the support from our customers, especially those who have been coming back to us year after year. ❤️
For various reasons, Ugly Cake Shop is stopping operations after 31st July; it's time for me to take a long overdue break.

For public transport, take the MRT to Boon Keng station and exit via the North East line. From there, take bus number 140 or 141 and alight at the bus stop opposite Kallang Place.
For driving, take the PIE towards Woodsville Tunnel and exit at Bendemeer Road. Turn left onto Lavender Street and continue until you reach Kallang Bahru. There is limited parking available along the street or alternatively, you can park at the nearby HDB multi-storey carpark.

This bakery cafe has a mission to feed undernourished kids in Timor-Leste by donating 20% of their proceeds towards buying much-needed protein sources for the children. Every baked good you purchase from The Ugly Cake Shop will help supplement their meals!
What's more, this bakery cafe uses natural ingredients as far as possible and avoids artificial colorings, fondant, gum paste or marzipan. The baker believes that the more natural ingredients (and the fewer chemicals) you put in your body the better!
