THE VERY LAST HURRAH
This was taken after our party last week. You may notice that not all of us are in the green Prodigal tee; that's because a large part of our family extends beyond our staff.
We are beyond thankful to our friends and families, regulars-turned-friends, and every one of you who have graced us with your presence and support over the last 2 years. We hope that we've offered you fond memories to reminisce!
P.S. If you know us, you know where to find us 👀

Since we've closed our kitchen, our focus has shifted to bakes and it's absolutely refreshing to us to try all sorts of things we've got churnin' from our noggins'.
Here's a snippet of our stash:
/ Tomato Rosemary Focaccia
Crispy thin crust on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. We use high quality EVOO to give the bread depth in aromatics and to properly infuse the rosemary. The cherry tomatoes are nicely charred upon baking, which means a burst of sweetness as you bite into the loaf.
/ Sourdough Caprese
Starting with our sourdough as a base, laid atop are juicy tomatoes, mozza bites and freshly harvested basil. Finished with a drizzle of with our secret vinaigrette that ties all the elements together. A healthy and substantial brunch item!
/ Egg Mayo Sando
Simple as it may be, we've made sure to nail this old time favourite. Not too chunky nor mushy, with a precise balance of tang and saltiness. A delightful nostalgic snack!
We'll also make sure to pop all our bakes in the oven upon order so you eat it nice and toasty.
