This time we helped to pack and cook food for the elderly at Geylang Bahru (60 packets!). we usually make fried fish and my yam rice for them, so it lovely to be able to contribute behind the scenes too. Such a lovely afternoon at the Singapore Hawkers’ Celebration and Awards! Thank you FMAS for organising this meaningful event, and thank you NEA for the invitation. Truly grateful for the chance to be part of a celebration that recognises our hawkers and the dedication that goes into keeping our food culture alive. ❤️🥳

It was also really nice meeting Senior Parliamentary Secretary , and it was lovely to connect with the hawker community.

To get to Golden Mile Food Centre in Singapore, you can take the MRT and alight at Nicoll Highway MRT Station (CC5). From there, take Exit B and walk for about 10 minutes towards Beach Road. You will see the food centre on your left.

Alternatively, if you are driving, you can park at the multi-storey carpark located next to Golden Mile Tower. There are also limited street parking lots available along Beach Road. However, do note that parking fees may apply.
