We spent the evening drinking through a legendary vertical of Domaine Takahiko alongside our Thursday Omakase.
Finding a single bottle is a miracle; pouring an eight-bottle deep dive across multiple vintages feels almost surreal. Paired against pristine raw bar cuts and open-fire dishes, every single cork pulled was pure magic.
