To get to Blk 22A Havelock Road, you can take the MRT and alight at Tiong Bahru station. From there, take bus number 5 or 16 and alight at the bus stop opposite Gan Eng Seng Secondary School. Walk along Havelock Road towards the direction of Zion Road until you reach Blk 22A.
If you prefer to drive, there is a multi-storey car park located next to Blk 22A. However, do note that parking may be limited during peak hours.
