Taste is subjective, but we are still proud of our unique taste to the Fried Spring Chicken.

Firstly, our seasoning is tailored by uncle kenny and blended in house, not some off the shelf product. Secondly, no double frying which helps lock in the juicyness and taste.

Quality is our focus from day one. Quantity is a bonus if suppliers sent the large chunky cuts.

Nevertheless, we dont serve sad thin slices to save cost. There would be no enjoyment to the meal then. Please Enjoy here!
