We cooked together at Resonance, shared our stories and talked about our dreams as friends of the same age. Honestly, I always wanted to have a talent like yours...

Since Tariq’s passing, we’ve received tributes from many who were blessed to cross paths with him. Here are a few from chefs he admired and worked with.
“A promising student at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, Tariq joined our team in 2019 for a six-month internship. A passionate, hard and diligent worker, Tariq exuded a sense of calm and tranquillity, which was reflected in his dishes. His creations at Fleurette were imbued with delicacy and intention, a testament to his exceptional culinary talent.
We will always remember him as a faithful and grateful boy. His last visit to Paris a year ago will remain engraved in my memory. He dreamed of winning a Michelin star and I have no doubt that he would have achieved this goal. You will always be that star that shines forever in our sky.
Our thoughts are with his family and all those who loved him.
Rest in peace, Tariq. 🙏

Spring is one of our favourite seasons at Fleurette, and Chef Tariq was excited to share our Spring Menu with Fleurette’s diners. We are serving our Spring menu until 15 June 2024, when—with a heavy heart—we will close Fleurette’s doors for the last time.
Fleurette is synonymous with Tariq. One cannot exist without the other. As much as we want to further his dream, we realise that we must carry his legacy in our hearts and in our own personal ways.
It feels right that those who loved Tariq remember Fleurette for what it is: The embodiment of everything he wanted the world to taste through his cuisine.
We hope you will join us in this homage.

We are heartbroken by the passing of Chef Tariq Helou. Tariq was our anchor, our teacher, our brother, our friend. Each one of us feels blessed by every moment we’ve shared with him. He was a gift that brought light, love and joy to so many. While we learn to do life without Tariq, we will continue service at Fleurette to honour his legacy and keep his dream alive. We hope you’ll join us.

Pop-up alert! 🚨
From January 22nd to 27th, our sous chef Shaun will be hosting a pop-up concept at Fleurette for 10 diners a night on our counter.
Shaun will be showcasing his take on contemporary Asian and southeast Asian flavours. The menu will feature 6 courses and will be priced at 98++ per guest.
We will also be offering BYO i.e free corkage during the duration of pop-up.

To reach Rangoon Road in Singapore by public transport, take the MRT to Farrer Park Station and exit at the Race Course Road side. From there, take Bus 131 or 141 and alight at the bus stop opposite Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple. Walk straight along Rangoon Road until you see the restaurant on your left.
If driving, head towards Rangoon Road from Serangoon Road or Bukit Timah Road. There is limited street parking available along Rangoon Road and nearby streets but it is recommended to park at the nearby parking lots. The nearest car parks are at Centrium Square (320 Serangoon Road) or Tekka Place (2 Serangoon Road), both within a 5-minute walk to the restaurant.
