Cheesecake, the American classic (with a Californian state of mind).
Fun fact: while cheesecake dates back to ancient Greece, the creamy, smooth style we know today was perfected in the US after cream cheese was invented in the late 1800s. California then made it lighter, fruit-forward, and quietly refined.
Our cheesecake follows that spirit.
Soft. Balanced. Not overly sweet.
Finished with raspberry for just the right touch of acidity.

This Sunday, we’re lighting up Fitz with the first-ever Goblet of Champs.
A daytime celebration of wine, sunlight, house grooves, community energy and a little friendly pong competition, all coming together in one vibrant flow.
We caught up with Yang Teo, the promoter behind the concept, to learn what makes this edition special.
Q1. Why is this such a standout December moment?
“December is about making new memories with friends and family. We’re bringing back Vernizza, welcoming Nola from MIXUSHAPPY, and adding a game component to double down on the social and community side of the party.”
Q2. What makes a day rave different?
“It is social by nature. Sunlit spaces, wine, music, pets, kids, even solo guests connect effortlessly. Fitz is perfect for that energy.”

To get to the bar and Mediterranean restaurant in Singapore, you can take the MRT and alight at Clarke Quay station. From there, it's a short walk along Hong Kong Street until you reach the destination.
