Cheesecake, the American classic (with a Californian state of mind).
Fun fact: while cheesecake dates back to ancient Greece, the creamy, smooth style we know today was perfected in the US after cream cheese was invented in the late 1800s. California then made it lighter, fruit-forward, and quietly refined.
Our cheesecake follows that spirit.
Soft. Balanced. Not overly sweet.
Finished with raspberry for just the right touch of acidity.

To get to the bar and Mediterranean restaurant in Singapore, you can take the MRT and alight at Clarke Quay station. From there, it's a short walk along Hong Kong Street until you reach the destination.
If driving, you can park at the nearby Eu Tong Sen Street or Carpenter Street car parks and walk over to the location. Alternatively, you can look for metered street parking on the surrounding streets.
