This week was a lovely mix of cooking and learning.
For our clients and party orders, we made traditional favourites.
Daal Kachori from Rajasthan.
Litti Chokha from Bihar.
And a sweet ending with Malpua Rabri.
As food lovers, we also love exploring new cuisines.
This time we tried Burmese dishes like Garlic Tofu Bao and Khouk Swe.
Always learning, always open to new flavours.

This week was really special for us
Along with a few party orders, we also hosted our own kid’s party.
Managing both was busy but full of joy.
Getting live reviews and smiles while serving felt so good.
This week’s menu had Kutchi Dabeli, Hakka Noodles, Nan khatai, red sauce pasta, corn lollipop, mini pizza, hara bhara kebab, butter paneer masala, white sauce pasta, aglio olio and tazaki sauce.

Busy & beautiful week in our home kitchen,
Wednesday we prepared our popular Pachranga Poori set (no onion, no garlic & full of colours).
Friday was all about a home-cooked party order, including kids’ favourite mini pizzas.
Saturday/Sunday we served individual North Indian thali & Dal Baati sets.

New year, new beginnings! We are back and excited to start this year with the same love and passion for food. Our goal is simple to share our delicious dishes with even more people this year.
Last week, we kicked things off with Daal Kachori, the all-time favourite Litti Chokha, and a special kids bento box that had corn cheese balls, jam sandwiches, mini pizzas, and red sauce pasta. We are so happy that the kids loved it!
