A new lunch menu lands this April at The Spot, where contemporary European cooking meets Southeast Asian influences, built for how the city eats, quick when it needs to be, considered when it matters.
Start clean with Hamachi Crudo, lifted with passionfruit and fennel, or try Mushroom and Dark Chocolate Soup, layered with kombu cream (yes, chocolate in soup!). Go bold with Garlic Grilled Prawns and laksa foam, smokey and aromatic, or settle into creamy pappardelle with Chinese ham, confit yolk and wild mushrooms.
For something heartier, enjoy 48 hour Angus short ribs with colcannon and spice beef bacon jus, or Herb Grilled Venison Loin with celeriac and sansho pepper jus.

Our seasonal cocktail line up brings together bright spritzes, bittersweet classics and a few indulgent pours for those who like their drinks a little richer. Expect citrusy refreshers, amaro driven favourites and playful creations layered with raspberry, yuzu and spice.

To get to Marina One in Singapore, you can take the MRT and alight at Downtown Station (DT17) on the Downtown Line. Exit from Exit E towards Marina One. Once you exit, walk towards Marina Boulevard and turn right. Continue walking straight for about 6 minutes until you reach Marina One East Tower.
Alternatively, if you are driving, take the ECP and exit at Rochor Road. Turn left onto Beach Road and continue until you reach Marina Blvd. Turn left onto Marina Blvd and continue to drive down until you see the entrance to Marina One on your right.
There is parking available within Marina One for those who are driving, with hourly parking rates applicable.
