Pause in our regular steak programming to give a little love to our iconic desserts.
Both of these French popular desserts were born out of happy surprises. 🇫🇷
The Tarte Tatin was an accidental masterpiece—created when the Tatin sisters flipped an overcooked apple tart upside down and served it anyway (merci for that sweet save!).
Meanwhile, Chocolate Mousse was whipped into history by none other than painter Henri Toulouse-Lautrec—who traded his brush for a whisk and helped give this airy delight its rise to fame.

If you prefer to drive, you can park at One Fullerton or Fullerton Bay Hotel and walk over to Customs House.
