This April, our handmade Fettuccine Seafood ’Nduja pasta special reimagines a classic with a taste of the sea 🌊

Traditionally made with pork, our ’nduja is crafted with tuna and octopus, enriched with lobster stock and emulsified into a silky orange-red glaze that hugs every strand of fettuccine. Tender squid and bursts of sweet cherry tomatoes add depth, texture, and bold seafood umami.
