After noticing the lack of sit-down dining experiences in Singapore similar to those he frequented in Taiwan, Shawn created FiveTen, a pop-up eatery known for its inventive Taiwanese fare at affordable prices. Following the success of the pop-up, FiveTen was transformed into The Salted Plum - a permanent home located at Boat Quay and Suntec City in Singapore's CBD. With its casual and convivial atmosphere, The Salted Plum provided a break from the hustle and bustle of city life, capturing the essence of eateries found along the bustling streets of Taiwan. Since 2017, The Salted Plum had won over the hearts of many.
