This World Cocktail Day, we turn to the craft of the cocktail — the careful composition of spirits, infusions and ingredients around place, memory and story.
For the occasion, we spotlight Mizumi, inspired by the former Alkaff Lake Gardens, one of the many properties once associated with the Alkaff family across Singapore.
Vodka infused with shiitake mushroom, Midori melon liqueur, miso and lime come together in a savoury, umami-led cocktail with a bright citrus finish — layered and complex.
