We're getting egg-cited for Easter!
With these extra sweet and indulgent serves, you can treat your guests to some festive deliciousness this Easter!

🍫Salted Caramel Bourbon Shake:
Ingredients:
50ml Bourbon
25ml Mathieu Teisseire Salted Caramel Syrup
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice-Cream
Garnish Ingredients:
4 Egg Whites
120ml Sugar Syrup
60ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Method:
Add all the drink ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth consistency, pour into a milkshake glass, top with whipped cream, garnish and serve.
For the garnish recipe: Put through an ISO whipper
🍫Candy Bar Hot Chocolate:
Ingredients:
15ml Mathieu Teisseire Sea Salt Caramel Syrup
10ml Mathieu Teisseire Gingerbread Syrup
150ml Hot Chocolate
Whipped Cream
Garnish: Crushed Peanuts
Method:
Blend everything together until well mixed.
2. Top with whipped cream.
3. Garnish and serve.

To get to the coffee shop located at Medical Drive, you can take public transportation by taking the MRT and alighting at the Buona Vista station. From there, transfer to a bus going to National University Hospital (NUH) or take a taxi directly to NUH.
If driving, you can take the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and exit at Exit 8 towards Clementi Road. Head towards NUS and turn into Lower Kent Ridge Road. Continue straight ahead until you reach Medical Drive where you can look for parking spaces nearby.
