What a night to remember! On November 24th, the Young Chef Young Waiter & Mixologist Awards lit up The Exchange, celebrating 27 finalists from around the globe.
27 finalists from 9 countries came together to redefine excellence in hospitality, and the results were nothing short of inspiring. As the past champions passed the baton to the next generation, we celebrated the tradition and innovation that make this competition so special.
Congratulations to the winners and a huge thank-you to Chef Dave Pynt and the panel of esteemed judges for their vision and leadership. The future of hospitality is in great hands! 🏆
