Steamed Song Fish Head with Fermented Yellow Bean Paste
Fermented Yellow Bean Paste is slathered onto the Fish Head before putting into the steamer. Once the fish is cooked, it is garnish with Crispy Pork Lard, Red Chilli and Spring Onion.
We have been serving this dish throughout the years but usually only on special request by our regular guests. Due to the popular feedback from many of our guests, we have added this dish to our menu now.

For the family-style restaurant located at Frankel Avenue in Singapore, public transport options include taking the MRT to Kembangan Station and walking for about 15 minutes towards Frankel Avenue. Alternatively, taking a bus from Bedok Interchange and alighting at the bus stop along Frankel Avenue is also possible.
For those driving, take the East Coast Parkway (ECP) and exit at Marine Parade Exit B. Follow signs to head towards Still Road and turn left onto Frankel Avenue. Parking is available along the street or in nearby parking lots.
As for the Asian restaurant located at Frankel Avenue in Singapore, main transportation methods include taking a bus from Bedok Interchange or Kembangan Station and alighting at the bus stop on Frankel Avenue opposite The Eurasian Association.
