Thirteen years ago, we started with a modest 400 sq ft store at a farmer’s market, a handful of people, and a simple belief — that coffee could bring people together in the most meaningful way. From that first cup at Pasarbella, we built a roastery, an academy, multiple outlets, and a community of people who love coffee as much as we do. It hasn’t always been smooth — the industry shifted, the world changed, and there were years that asked more of us than we anticipated. But here we are. Still roasting. Still learning. Still showing up.
To celebrate our 13th anniversary, we are releasing two very special coffees that reflect who we are and what this journey has been about.
☕ Anniversary Blend — Costa Rica & Peru
A meeting of two origins, two processes, and thirteen years of craft. The naturally processed Caturra from Costa Rica brings warmth and fruit depth, while the fully washed Geisha from Peru adds elegance, floral lift, and a silky finish. ☕ Marco Antonio — Single Origin Geisha, Peru
Named after the young producer behind it, this naturally processed Geisha from Huabal, Cajamarca is as intentional as it is extraordinary. Grown at 1,540 metres, processed with hands-on precision, and bursting with notes of starfruit, calamansi, green apple, and kiwi — this is the kind of coffee that reminds you why you fell in love with specialty coffee in the first place. 🔷Starfruit · Calamansi · Green Apple · Kiwi
