We are excited to announce a special Missionary Chefs dinner, “From Croatia & Bosnia With Love,” hosted by Monsignor Marinko Antolović at Crossings at 7 pm on Wednesday, 20 May 2026.
Monsignor Marinko Antolović, First Counsellor of the Apostolic Nunciature (the Embassy of the Holy See in Singapore), was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina and brings with him a deep personal connection to the culinary traditions of the region. For this very special evening, Monsignor will take guests on a journey through the cuisine of Croatia and Bosnia, sharing his beloved dishes as well as cherished stories from his childhood in both countries.
