Sruthi joined Les Amis in June 2025 as a Restaurant Service Intern while pursuing her MSc in Hospitality Management at Paris School of Business.
During her time with us, Sruthi experienced various roles across hosting, floor service, and kitchen support. Hosting quickly became her favourite, as welcoming guests and setting the tone for their experience brought her genuine joy and fulfilment.
Throughout her internship, Sruthi demonstrated steady growth in confidence and resilience. With the guidance of her managers and under the high standards set by Chef Sébastien Lepinoy, she approached each challenge with focus and commitment. We thank Sruthi for her contribution and wish her every success ahead!

A heartfelt to our esteemed Project Coordinator Intern, Tamara, who joined our Les Amis family in May 2025.
For Tamara, hospitality is about creating the joyful moments that become lifelong memories, a belief she lived out daily with our team. Her internship was a deep dive into the world of fine dining, where she appreciated the diversity of her role. From morning meetings with Chef Sebastien reviewing finances to dynamic projects in communication and social media, she loved that no two days were ever the same.
Among her fondest memories was being part of our log cake project from its early stages. Witnessing its journey from brainstorming to the final product was a truly rewarding full-circle moment. The electrifying energy of Formula 1 week also stands out as a highlight of her dynamic time with us.
She leaves with invaluable lessons on the centrality of finance in a restaurant and the power of precise, thoughtful communication. As she looks ahead to a future in gastronomy and wine, with the dream of creating her own brand, we have no doubt she will achieve incredible things.
Thank you for your dedication, curiosity, and positive spirit, Tamara. We are grateful for your journey with us and cannot wait to see where your passion leads you next!

This accolade celebrates restaurants with world-class wine programmes, and we are deeply honoured to remain among the very few globally to hold this distinction. It is a true testament to the passion, precision, and dedication of our Sommeliers, who tirelessly curate and care for our cellar of over 1,800 labels.
