A little something sweet for Mum.
Our Avocado & Vanilla Brûlée is a soft-set custard made with Australian avocado, mascarpone, and cream cheese, finished with a gently burnished sugar crust. Crack the top and enjoy.

This May, we’re part of a small line-up across Singapore celebrating Australian avocados with .
From 1–31 May, we’ll be serving a limited selection of dishes and drinks that highlight their quiet versatility — from something light to start, to a little something sweet to end.
Australian avocados are delicious, nutritious, and made for everyday enjoyment — something we’ve taken to heart with this menu.
On the table: Fern’s Avocado Toast with sundried tomato pesto, a creamy Vanilla Avocado Brûlée, and an Australian Avocado Kale Smoothie with wildflower honey and coconut water.

Granny’s Apple Tart, made with love. An almond crust, frangipane filling, layered with thin slices of apple ready to be enjoyed.
Every slice is served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, oat crumble, and a miso caramel drizzle.
