One of her specialties is the Bua Loy, which is made from all-natural ingredients and without any food coloring. These little chewy balls are simply adorable and taste amazing! Another must-try dish is Rudee's Thai Laksa, which was born out of her family's preference for a "de-bone" version of Kanom Jeen Nam Ngiaw. The result is a deliciously unique take on traditional Thai noodle dishes. Despite facing challenges during the height of COVID-19, Rudee persevered and worked on fine-tuning her home-cooked dishes to make her dream of starting something of her own a reality.
