New Year 2023 marks the completion of our first year at Sago Street, Chinatown. We settle with ease with helpful neighbours & the constant patronage of our regulars (since our Maxwell days) as well as lovely new faces. Wouldn’t say it’s smooth sailing, nevertheless the experience has been truly rewarding. We wish to close off 2022 with a massive thank you (virtual hug) and we look forward to new, great changes(fingers crossed) in the new year!

Embracing the festive spirit, we are honoured to be part of annual campaign "With Love, Chinatown".
"With Love, Chinatown" partners good neighbours to encourage the sharing of resources for sustainable, community-driven development.
From now until February 2023, we will be hosting photographs shot and developed in the 1970s by Mr Lee, 89, a resident of Chinatown and beneficiary of Yong-en’s services.
We are thrilled to partner Yong-en in making the dream of presenting his works to the public come true!
Pick up a limited print postcard by Mr Lee (min. donation of $10) in store - https://www.giving.sg/campaigns/pioneeringdreams_mrleewong
In appreciation of donations over $80 – the full set of 4 postcards will be sent to you! All proceeds go towards Yong-en’s services.
Help foster warm and caring neighbourhood connections to help improve lives and impact community!

To get to Sago Street, the easiest way by public transport would be to take the MRT to Chinatown station and exit at Exit A. From there, walk straight down Pagoda Street until you reach Sago Lane. Turn right onto Sago Lane and continue walking until you reach Sago Street.
If driving, the nearest car park would be the Chinatown Complex Car Park. To get there, head towards Upper Cross Street and turn left onto Smith Street. Keep left until you reach Kreta Ayer Road, then turn left onto New Bridge Road. Finally, turn right onto Sago Lane and take another right onto Sago Street.
