It is with sincere regret and a heavy heart that we are announcing the closing of CHANG XIANG SI at 301 CHANGI ROAD by the end of this month. Hence, we would like to show our appreciation to our loyal supporters and members by giving you a 30% discount on all ala carte and non promotional items including beverages and alcohol.
