TCR Latte Art Course Syllabus is designed with learning continuity as our central focus. We start with building solid fundamentals and excellent pour techniques, stepping up to the next level of difficulty as we progress. Eventually, we move on to combination designs, where we create beautiful animals such as Seahorse, Butterfly, Queen Bee & Pegasus!

Latte Art Courses will be taught by Mr Ang Swee Heng, founder of The Coffee Roaster Group. He has been a consecutive finalist in Singapore Latte Art Championships 2018-19 and even achieved first runner-up in the regional FHA Latte Art Showdown 2018! Having trained more than 8000 students, he is known for his encouraging stance in class and his sharp observations to customise feedback for individual students.

The Mystery Coffee Challenge recreates a common scenario faced by home baristas โ opening a new bag of beans and navigating the challenge of dialing in the perfect shot.
