The establishment had temporarily closed its doors in April 2020 due to the pandemic but unfortunately announced on social media in June 2020 that it was permanently closed. Starker's takeaway and delivery service at their Zhongshan Park outlet was also available during this time.

To get to the pub/bar and gastropub and beer bar located at Punggol Central in Singapore, you can take the MRT to Punggol Station and walk for about 10 minutes towards Punggol Central. Alternatively, you can take bus number 84 or 382G and alight at the bus stop opposite Punggol Secondary School.

If driving, you can take the TPE exit towards Punggol Central and turn into Edgedale Plains. There are public car parks available nearby.
