How are we different from other? Our Batang Fish Slices are handpicked to ensure only the freshest and the highest quality ones are selected to satisfy your palate, we use only fresh Batang Fish in all our dishes including the deep-fried ones. To ensure our soup is rich and tasty, we simmer our broth on low heat for hours to bring out the flavour from all the ingredients. All our preparation and cooking are done meticulously to ensure the best bowl of Fish Soup is served to you. Come try it yourself to find out!

Yu Tang Clan offers delicious variations of the freshest ingredients and authentic flavours, giving the the classic traditional fish soup a twist of life – from Original, Beauty Collagen to Sichuan Mala, Tom Yum and Miso Soup. We use only Batang fish which are rich in omega 3 that helps to build and maintain a strong mind and body. This November, we are also offering a free egg for every dine in and takeaway order to offer our customers added fibre and proteins to build immunity and fight COVID-19.

What makes a good bowl of Fish Soup? Definitely the quality of the ingredients and the flavour of the soup! We use the freshest Batang Slices and other ingredients such as Iron rich seaweed! Fish Soup is one of the most traditional hawker foods in Singapore, over here at Yu Tang Clan, we strive to elevate your dining experience by offering a variety of delicious flavours such as Tom Yum, Miso, Collagen and more in a comfortable setting! There is definitely something here for everyone. All our soup stock is slowly cooked for a few hours to obtain a rich and flavourful soup so do come and try it! Take the MRT to Tanjong Pagar Station. From there, take Exit C and walk along Maxwell Road for approximately 5 minutes until you reach a small street on your right. Turn into this street and you will find the restaurant.

Option 2 (Driving/Parking):
If driving, head towards Maxwell Food Centre along South Bridge Road. Turn into the small street by the entrance of Maxwell Food Centre and drive straight ahead until you see the restaurant. There is limited parking available in the area, so it is advisable to use nearby public parking lots or park at HDB car parks in the vicinity.
