I’ve always wondered the type of genre our food is categorized under: Chinese? Western?
Grain bowls… there is no such thing I think.

But whatever it is. I’m always glad that I have a job, I have customers that return and people who love us for us being us.

End of the day, serving the masses and not the niche has been the best choice I’ve ever made.
