Yes, we are hiring many different sorts of people at different stages in life. But there is one group I will never hire.

Call me old school or backwards. My priority isn’t just to fill the spot in a stall, but also to ensure that you guys have basic education at the very minimum.

I’ve rejected a lot of you, and yes, I understand and admire your courage to step out of your comfort zone and earn some bucks during your holiday, but focus and value your basic education, get out there and create stories with your peers before embarking into the real world.

Your priority before 16 isn’t to earn money but rather to create stories, mess up a little and enjoy life.
