We have always seen birthdays as festivals, every individual’s special day to celebrate the gift of birth and life. Call us old fashioned, but no matter how simply the day is celebrated, we’ve always felt it to be complete only with the whole classic package of a birthday cake, b’day song, make-a-wish, candle-blowing, cake-cutting. 🎂🎉 some things never lose their charm.

Phew, it’s been a marathon since Nov’2025 and the time is now — we will be away from 20 - 30 Jan for a MUCH needed break! Come by this weekend for your favourite coffee & bakes and we’ll see you guys again when we get back to the grind on 31 Jan, Saturday 🙌🏼

It’s The Better Half’s 6th anniversary today and we are celebrating it by giving ourselves a break! :’) Despite how romantic it appears, everyday is a battleground for us as the only 2 persons (+hy’s mama helping us out with the washing on weekends, which we are too grateful for 🥺) overcoming everything running a cafe comes with, the good and the bad.

It’s been a good run so far, and we are grateful for your intentional support throughout the years - you guys literally kept thebetterhalf alive. Thank you, and we look forward to making more memories with you. 🧡

Take the MRT to Outram Park station on the East West Line or North East Line. From there, take bus number 61 towards Bukit Merah and alight at the Everton Park bus stop. Walk straight ahead until you reach a row of shophouses.

Option 2: Driving/Parking
From the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), take Exit 3 towards Keppel Road. Turn right onto Cantonment Road and continue straight until you reach Everton Road. Turn left onto Everton Road and then turn right onto Everton Park. Look for available parking spaces along the road or in nearby car parks.
