Best enjoyed steamed with a dash of Aged Shaoxing Wine, the meat of this exceptional crustacean is springy in texture with a fresh, slightly briny flavour reminiscent of the sea.
CALLING ALL BUTTER LOVERS! They also pair exceptionally well with clarified butter on the side, elevating the flavours up another notch! 🤩
Live and fresh (dead) flower crabs taste completely different. It is rather difficult to get to try live flower crabs in markets or even in restaurants.

Snow Crab season is finally back!
The sweetest crab available in our opinion, it is best enjoyed boiled or with garlic butter.
We are having a promotion of SGD 158 for one crab and SGD 298 for two crabs. All crabs are delivered LIVE!
We can offer to cook them for an additional cost of SGD 15 per crab.
