A massive congratulations to our Culinary and Hospitality students for delivering an unforgettable 5-course Degustation Lunch at the Assumption Restaurant for Training on 3 July!
This wasn't just any sold-out event. Our kitchen and service teams featured the very same student-talents who recently clinched silver and bronze medals at the FHA-Young Chefs Grand Prix, World Fashion Drinks Competition, alongside team members who participated at the Ignite Skills Challenge.
They took their award-winning skills from the competition stage straight to our guests' tables. We are so incredibly proud of your hard work, dedication, and flawless ex*****on!

- By public transport: Take the Downtown Line MRT to Bukit Panjang Station (DT1). Walk towards Exit A and take bus 184 or 961 from the bus stop located outside Hillion Mall. Alight at Opp Cashew Terr Sth Playground, which is just a few minutes walk away from Cashew Road.
- By driving/parking: From Lornie Road, take the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) exit towards Woodlands. Keep left on BKE and take Exit 3 onto Upper Bukit Timah Road. Continue straight until you see Cashew Road on your right. Parking is available along the road near The ART (Assumption Restaurant for Training).
