In celebration of King’s Day and our weekend long celebration at RISE last week, we had the honour of welcoming Dutch Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Anneke Adema, to mark this special occasion alongside our guest chef and culinary expert, Edgar Buhrs.
From a variety of tender veal dishes and delicate seasonal white asparagus to briny Dutch mussels and time-honoured classics, each dish reflects the richness and authenticity of Dutch cuisine—brought to the table with care and tradition.
