Ashraf’s Cafe is looking for an experienced baker to lead and support our team. If you’re confident in the kitchen and comfortable guiding others, this could be the role for you.
As Head Baker, you’ll oversee daily baking operations while working closely with our job coaches to mentor and support our bakers with special needs. Your skills won’t just shape what comes out of the oven, they’ll help create meaningful, dignified work opportunities and a supportive team environment.
