Served three ways as part of our lunch menu, it’s an iconic Neapolitan dish rooted in history that’s hard to stop at just one.

Calling all seafood-lovers. Introducing new dishes that are an ode to the ocean 🌊

Our new octopus-focused pasta, Spaghetti alla Bottarga e Polpo, features tender Mediterranean octopus cooked in its own juices and savoury bottarga (a cured fish roe). This dish is lifted by the flavours of garlic and chilli that amplify that aromatic taste of the ocean. The fried sardines? Each fish (wild-caught!) is painstakingly individually deboned and cleaned by hand, then breaded and deep-fried. Every bite is crunchy and carries an unforgettable umami.

Free-range oxtail cooked low and slow in the oven for at least 5 hours before being transferred into a terracotta pot and braised in its own juices for at least another 3 hours. The beautifully tender oxtail is tossed with perfectly al dente rigatoni along with air-flown Italian Parmiggiano Reggiano, all in the bid to make sure your every bite is an explosion of rich flavour and character.

It’s rare to come across a dish that feels as comforting as this.

Deceptively simple in appearance, this Chefs’ Special Mediterranean sea bass will sweep you off your feet— all the way to an Italian coast.
Prepared with great care, the fish is slow-baked in a light tomato and white wine base that brings out its best qualities, resulting in a dish that’s tender, deeply flavourful, and unmistakably centred on the sea bass itself.

Our specials come together the way good cooking often does. Guided by what’s in season, what looks best that week, and sometimes even what the chefs themselves are craving. In other words, it won’t be here for long, so come by and enjoy it while it’s on.

Working with artichokes demands a great deal of care, experience, and skill.

When an order comes in, our chefs work through each flower bud by hand, trimming it down to the part we really want — the heart. From there, it’s cooked slowly, allowing the flesh to soften and its natural nutty, savoury flavours to come through. No shortcuts.

To get to the Italian restaurant on Upper Bukit Timah Road, you can take the Downtown Line MRT and alight at Beauty World Station. From there, you can exit from Exit B and walk northwards along Upper Bukit Timah Road for about 10 minutes until you reach the destination.

Alternatively, if you are driving, you can take Upper Bukit Timah Road towards Petir Road. The restaurant is located on the right side of the road just before Petir Road. There is limited parking available in front of the restaurant or you can park at nearby car parks.
