Well, here she is.

Po’s new Modern Peranakan menu is officially here.
Starting with one of Chef Fred’s newest creations and signatures, Nasi Ulam. Blue pea coconut rice folded through with 15 herbs and spices for a dish that’s aromatic, herbaceous, textural and very hard not to love.
