Inspired by the rich, aromatic flavours of laksa, our Laksa Beurre Blanc Black Cod pairs perfectly pan-seared cod with crispy chat potatoes and charred Brussels sprouts, all brought together by a silky beurre blanc that adds depth to every bite.
